The personal data provided by the user will be used for the sole purpose of sending the requested products. Our online shop undertakes not to transfer your personal data to other companies.
In order to place an order, it is necessary that the user, before or during the course of the order, registers as a customer, for which he/she will be taken to a page to freely and voluntarily provide the personal data and information necessary to open an account if it is the first order or to identify him/herself if he/she already has an account.

Once the operation has been completed and within 24 hours, an e-mail will be sent to you with confirmation of your purchase and details of the transaction carried out, indicating all the characteristics, price, means of transport, date of purchase and estimated delivery of the product.
The user is solely responsible for the choice of the product that is the object of the sale and purchase, as well as the use or function for which it is intended. Consequently, the provider is not responsible for and does not guarantee that the product is suitable for the applications intended by the user, or to achieve, in whole or in part, the objectives envisaged by the user when purchasing the products.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The delivery of orders will be made at the delivery address freely designated by the user, deliveries from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
We offer free shipping on all orders with a total value of 150€ or more. If your order meets this minimum threshold, you will not incur any shipping charges.
For orders with a total value below 150€, shipping charges will be calculated in real-time based on the following factors:
- Order weight: The weight of the items in your order will be considered to determine the shipping cost.
- Shipping destination: The shipping address provided during checkout will be used to calculate the applicable shipping charges.
- Shipping method: The selected shipping method and its associated costs will be taken into account.

For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its expected arrival.
Our shipping service includes two delivery attempts to the provided address. In the event that you are not available to receive the package, it will be deposited at the closest drop-off location near your residence.
Please note that you have a timeframe of 10 working days to pick up the package promptly from the designated drop-off location after receiving the relevant notifications. Failure to do so within this timeframe may result in additional charges and handling fees.
If you refuse to pick up the merchandise or fail to collect the package despite receiving the necessary notifications, and subsequently request us to resend the package, a handling fee will be applied.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, we highly recommend verifying the accuracy of the provided address and arranging for someone to be available to receive the package during the estimated delivery timeframe. This will help prevent any inconvenience or additional charges.
The provider assumes no liability whatsoever if the delivery of the product cannot be made as a result of the data provided by the user being inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for other reasons attributable to the recipient (e.g. absence).
By placing an order on our website, you agree to comply with the above shipping terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, but any changes will not affect orders placed before the modification takes effect.
All orders are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that our website or the content on it will always be available or error-free. For operational reasons such as maintenance, repair or upgrades to the site, the service may be interrupted, and it may be necessary to change or suspend the availability of any content, products or services at any time without notice.
The prices published in our online shop are expressed in euros and include VAT (in countries or areas where this tax is exempt, it will be deducted at the time of purchase) and are valid except for typographical errors or end of stock. Our online shop reserves the right to modify products, promotions, commercial conditions and prices at any time and without prior notice to the customer.
Our transactions are totally secure and encrypted by SSL security, our server is secure with HTTPS protocol. For security reasons www.vetmic.com does not, under any circumstance, handle your credit card details. Credit card fraud is a crime, this company will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online shop.
Payment via PayPal
We offer secure payment through PayPal, so you can pay with PayPal without entering your debit or credit card details. You can also pay with PayPal without opening an account. This means that PayPal will not save your details after the purchase. There is a 2% handling fee for this payment method.
Card payments via STRIPE
Alternatively you can also pay with credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via STRIPE.
Sofort, allows you to make a fast and easy payment of your online purchases using your online banking details. We receive real-time confirmation of the transfer and can release the order immediately.
For perishable products, the guarantee does not apply if they have begun to be consumed, if they have been opened, if the expiry date has passed (the products will be delivered with a sufficient expiry date for consumption) or if the damage is not factory-made, but has been caused by the consumer.
In the event that the product purchased has a defect, you can contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, at the address Cap Negret 61, 03590 Altea (Alicante) or by any other means and we will indicate the procedure for its return or exchange. These procedures will in no case involve a cost to the customer.
What happens if I receive a damaged, defective or wrong product?
In this case, VITAMIC® will replace the product at no cost to you. To do so, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order at your home address by sending an e-mail to email@example.com with the following information:
- Customer’s name
- Order number and date
- Name of the product
- Reason for return
In the case of a damaged product, it will also be necessary to attach a photograph of the packaging and the product.
What if I have the wrong product or after receiving it I decide I am not interested in it?
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased, you have the right to withdraw from the contract by returning your purchases. You may exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 30 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us unequivocally (e.g. by email to firstname.lastname@example.org) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
You must send or deliver the goods directly to our facilities located at Cap Negret 61, 03590 Altea (Alicante) within the period indicated. The direct costs incurred by the return must be borne by the Customer.
The returned product must be in perfect condition, with its original seal and packaging. We will not accept the return of any product that has been opened or shows signs of tampering.
The refund will be made using the same method used for payment of the order within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from delivery to our facilities.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The use of our website and contracts for the purchase of products through this website shall be governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, fulfilment or termination of this contract shall be subject to the Jurisdiction and Jurisdiction of the relevant Courts and Tribunals of the User’s domicile, provided that the applicable legislation so permits.
